I have no experience for comparison but according my investigation, it is a very good hotel for the price. The area is not a party area but it is strategically smart if you want to discover whole Tokio during several days. The room is very small but smartly arranged, as is typical. It was my first and last hotel I had in 3 weeks Japan. It has no restaurant or so, you are not there socializing with nobody. However, the staff is very very helpful and nice. They stored my luggage for 2 weeks between my two stays and received several items I order from amazon.jp in my name and when I showed up again, they immediately gave me all items. It is so incredible how Japanese can care for customers, and they are surely a good example. It is surely good for somebody like me who comes to Japan first time and has to learn a lot before he knows how things work. If you want to be close to the hotspots of Party than it is rather Shibuya and Shinyuku, cause Taxi is expensive and metro stops around midnight. I had some 20-30 minute walks to Ueno and Akhibara, that´s not so far, and it is also nice to check out. And the center is also not so far to the other side.

The best thing about this hotel is convenience. As it is close to couple of stations like Kanda (Chuo, Ginza, Keihin-Tohoku, Yamanote lines), Iwamotocho (Shinjuku line), Kodemmacho (Hibiya line), Shin-Nihombashi (Sobu line), it is very easy to access different parts of Tokyo. It is in walking distance to interesting areas like Akihabara and Jimbocho. There are different konbini options around the hotel. There are two washing machines (300 yen) and two dryers (100 yen). At least one was always available to use. There are two vending machines (one for soft drinks, one for alcohol), an ice machine for cold drink lovers, and a microwave in the same area as the laundry. The lobby has necessities you might take whenever you want like coffee, tea bags, cotton pads, bath salts, etc. I stayed 12 nights, and the room would be cleaned at least every 3 days. I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. Wifi works great. There was no noise, and it was a comfortable stay.

Good location, about a 10 minute walk from the JR station. It's a quieter neighbourhood but still plenty of food options! Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, check-in process was smooth and fast! The rooms are pretty standard in size for what you can get in Japan without paying big bucks. The bathroom was clean and the bidet is always a treat (we looked forward to warm toilet seats, and now miss it because we are home). We asked front desk for extra pillows and they brought it up to our room within 15 minutes. The amenities were also greatly appreciated- hair irons, curlers as well as, bath salts and razors etc.

A very reliable, modern, clean and comfortable hotel! Friendly and helpful staff, allowed earlier check-in for 1000yen per hour. The room had everything we needed, the bed was wide, and there were lots of nice freebies in the lobby, like tooth brushes, bath salts, coffee etc. We also used the 24/7 coin laundry on the 2nd floor. About 4 minutes away from Kanda station, so it was really easy to get around Tokyo. We booked our stay the night before due to an unexpected mold issue in our Airbnb, and even with such a last-minute booking the price of the hotel was very reasonable for a couple. Thanks for having us! :)

The beds were the softest we had experienced in Japan, so that was a big bonus. So many beds were just far too firm to sleep comfortably. The layout of the room was well thought out. I loved that the window opened. There was a washing machine as well as a fridge with freezer. It had a very spacious bathroom & tub/shower combo that even had several different settings for the room which was separated from the sink & washing machine area. Loved all of the abient & diffusable lighting that was well placed near the beds. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience & the favorite of our lodgings in Japan.
